On this day 15 years ago, we kicked off Uncanny Valley with our very first release, a various artists compilation featuring Thomas Fröhlich, Jacob Korn, Cuthead and Break SL. During a hot and magical summer, we decided to start a record label. We had no idea how to do it, so we just went for it. We never imagined we’d still be around 15 years later. The music world was different back then, and this record carries a lot of memories — it breathes the excitement and energy of something amazing about to begin. The artwork was created by the great Paul Waak. We would like to thank everyone who was involved in taking this first step.
